Note that all our resident & guest artists manage their own appointments including bookings, schedules, & payments. Please visit the artist’s instagram for contact information, booking periods, and additional details.

Description

Please provide a brief description of the design you're looking to get. If you are looking to get multiple pieces in one session please describe your primary design or preferred piece here.

Approximate Size

Please note that you may change the size of the piece during your appointment. Scaling up from the original request a longer appointment and the price of the piece may increase. Keep in mind that most designs may not be tattooed at a scale smaller than 1''.

Placement

Please provide any possible locations that you are considering. You may change the placement during your appointment but keep in mind that some placements may require a longer appointment.

Accessibility Needs

ALWAYS is located on the 3rd floor of a building. The building's elevator is currently out of service so unfortunately our space is temporarily not wheel chair accessible. Access to our unit requires going up 4 flights of stairs. Please let us know if you have any questions, if you need to be accompanied by a support person, or if we can be of assistance during your session at ALWAYS.

Terms

I agree to the following terms:

I agree to be familiar with the studio's latest health guidelines and Covid Policies prior to my appointment.

If I am sick or experiencing cold/flu like symptoms I will notify my artist via email and reschedule my appointment.

I am aware that all appointments require a non-refundable deposit paid directly to my artist upon booking. I understand that cancelling my appointment on short notice and/or without intent to reschedule will lead to the forfeit of my deposit and a new deposit will be required to re-book my appointment.

I understand that I cannot be tattooed if I am pregnant, nursing or on certain medications.

I will be 18+ years of age at the time of my appointment.

I understand that space is limited and will come alone to my appointment in order to help keep space manageable and reduce distractions for artists. I will inform my artist if I need an exception to bring a support person.
