June aka @horangink is a Korean born painter, muralist, ceramist, art director, and tattoo artist. Her tattoo artist name is inspired by her Korean zodiac animal, Horangi, the tiger.
From a young age June was passionate about art and painting. When she moved to Toronto she became fascinated by street art and began her journey as a muralist. June is inspired by Korean art, pop culture, and nature. Her art features animals, bright colours, and of course - lots and lots of tigers! June has worked on a lot of large scale mural projects with a range of clients including several art organizations, corporate partners, and the City of Toronto. More recently June became interested in exploring the art of tattooing and she found herself translating her beautiful art into magical tattoos. She loves making people’s skin unique and colourful, and is looking forward to continue to develop her tattoo practice.
